Email Support Update – Effective February 1, 2026
Due to industry-wide changes and the growing risks of phishing and malware spread through email, we are updating our services. In addition, Microsoft has begun limiting certain advanced email features—such as “Out of Office” replies—to their own server technologies. At the same time, major providers like Microsoft and Google continue to offer free email accounts with a full set of features.
Following the lead of SaskTel, Saskatchewan’s leading ICT provider, Kontakt Software LTD. will no longer offer email support for new clients or create new email addresses for existing clients. Existing email accounts will continue to function, but no new accounts or support services will be provided going forward.
